By creating an account on miSpace, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental consent to use this platform.

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text you post. By sharing content, you grant miSpace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, distribute, and display your content to other users as per your privacy settings.

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our agent at legal@mispace.com with:

• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL or specific location of the infringing material.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

You agree not to use miSpace for:

• Bullying, stalking, or harassing other users.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or phishing links.
• Spamming or automated scraping of user data.

The Blue Verification Badge is a mark of authenticity granted at the sole discretion of miSpace. We reserve the right to remove verification status at any time if a user violates conduct policies, changes their identity to mislead others, or engages in deceptive platform behavior.

We process your personal information to provide a tailored social experience. We do not sell your private messages or contact information to third-party data brokers. Please review your settings to control who can view your profile and posts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. You agree that any dispute or claim arising from your use of miSpace will be settled via binding arbitration in Kumasi, Ghana, rather than in a general court of law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the "Space" if you repeatedly violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page, which will remove your profile and personal data from our active ledger.
